a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria:- 180,000.00(One Hundred & Eighty Thousand)Naira per hour.
b). Nigerians resident /based abroad/outside Nigeria:- 275,000.00(Two Hundred & Seventy-Five Thousand)Naira/$240.00 per hour
c). Foreigners/Non-Nigerians :– $400.00(Four Hundred US Dollars) per hour.

a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria:- 250,000.00(Two Hundred & Fifty Thousand)Naira per hour.
b). Foreigners/Non-Nigerians :- $550.00(Five Hundred & Fifty US Dollars) per hour.
-Legal Opinion Preparation (One-off fee with a provision for follow-up inquiries)
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria:- 300,000.00(Three Hundred Thousand)Naira.
b). Nigerians resident /based abroad/outside Nigeria:– 450,000.00(Four Hundred & Fifty Thousand)Naira/$450.00.
c). Foreigners/Non-Nigerians :- $850.00(Eight Hundred US Dollars).
2. Sports Betting License Procurement Services (National)
-Sports Betting Company Incorporation Fees Minus Regulatory Costs & Disbursements (30 Million Naira Minimum Share Capital)
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria – 650,000.00(Six Hundred & Fifty Thousand) Naira.
b). Nigerians resident/based outside Nigeria -850,000.00(Eight Hundred & Fifty Thousand) Naira/$650.00(Six Hundred & Fifty US Dollars).
c). Foreigners/Non-Nigerian Citizens -$800.00(Eight Hundred US Dollars).
–Sports Betting Company License Procurement Services (National License)
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria -10%-15% of the applicable license fee monetary value.
b). Nigerians resident/based outside Nigeria -15%-17.5% of the applicable license fee monetary fee value.
c). Foreigners/Non-Nigerians -17.5% – 25% of the applicable license fee monetary fee value.
–Privacy Policy, End-User Terms & Conditions Agreement Policy,& Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Policy Documentation Services
a). To be determined on a client-by-client basis within the regulatory limits set by the ethical rules governing legal practice and legal service remuneration in Nigeria.
3. Sports Betting License Procurement Services (Lagos State)
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria -10%-15% of the applicable license fee monetary value.
b). Nigerians resident/based outside Nigeria – 15%-17.5% of the applicable license fee monetary fee value.
c). Foreigners/Non-Nigerians -17.5% – 25% of the applicable license fee monetary fee value (payable in the applicable US Dollar equivalent).
4. National Mobile Lottery/Gaming License Procurement Services
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria – 20-25% of the applicable license fee monetary value.
b). Nigerians resident/based outside Nigeria – 25%-30% of the applicable license fee monetary fee value.
c). Foreigners/Non-Nigerians – 30% – 35% of the applicable license fee monetary fee value.
5. Remote Operator Permit Procurement Services
-8.5%-15% of the applicable license/permit fee(payable only in US Dollars).
6.All Other Gaming License Procurement Services (Casino licenses included)
Legal Fee :– 10%-17.5% of an applicable license or a stipulated amount, whichever is higher in monetary value.
