-Legal Consultations (Online)
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria:- 200,000.00(Two Hundred Thousand)Naira per hour.
b). Nigerians resident /based abroad/outside Nigeria:- 300,000.00(Three Hundred Thousand)Naira/$300.00 (Three Hundred US Dollars) per hour.
c). Foreigners/Non-Nigerians :– $600.00(Six Hundred US Dollars) per hour.
-Legal Consultations (Face-to-Face)
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria:- 285,000.00(Two Hundred & Eighty-Five Thousand)Naira per hour.
b). Foreigners/Non-Nigerians :- $550.00(Five Hundred & Fifty US Dollars) per hour.
-Legal Opinion Preparation (One-off fee with a provision for follow-up enquiries)
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria:- 350,000.00(Three Hundred & Fifty Thousand)Naira.
b). Nigerians resident /based abroad/outside Nigeria:– 450,000.00(Four Hundred & Fifty Thousand)Naira/$450.00(Four Hundred & Fifty US Dollars).
c). Foreigners/Non-Nigerians :- $850.00(Eight Hundred US Dollars).
Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) & Digital Asset Custodian (DAC)License Procurement Services.
-Legal Fees
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria :- 2,800,000.00 (Two Million,Eight Hundred Thousand) Naira, subject to review by the firm.
b). Nigerians resident /based outside Nigeria:-3,500,000.00 (Three Million, Five Hundred Thousand)Naira/ $3,200.00(Three Thousand,Two Hundred US Dollars).
c). Non-Nigerian citizens/ Foreigners :- $4,500.00 (Four Thousand,Five Hundred US Dollars).
Digital Asset Exchange (DAX)/Digital Asset Offering Platform (DAOP) License Procurement Services.
-Legal Fees
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria:- 10%-12% of the applicable license fee or a stipulated fee, whichever is higher in monetary value.
b). Nigerians resident based outside Nigeria:- 15%-17% of the applicable license fee or a stipulated fee, whichever is higher in monetary value.
c). Non-Nigerian citizens/ Foreigners:-20%-25% of the applicable license fee or a stipulated fee, whichever is higher in monetary value(payable in the applicable US Dollar equivalent value).
Cryptocurrency/Digital Asset Service Company Registration Services
-Legal Fees
a). Nigerians resident in Nigeria:- VASPs/DACs – 600,000.00 Naira. DAXs/DAOPs – An agreed percentage (not below 5%) of the minimum share capital requirement.
b). Nigerians resident/ based outside Nigeria:- VASPs/DACs – 1,350,000.00 Naira/$1,100.00(One Thousand, One Hundred US Dollars). DAXs /DAOPs – An agreed percentage (not below 7.5%) of the minimum share capital.
c). Non-Nigerian citizens/Foreigners:- $1700.00(One Thousand, Seven Hundred US Dollars). DAXs/ DAOPs – An agreed percentage (not below 15%) of the minimum share capital .
